Philosophy & Vision
I offer a warm, grounded space where individuals can slow down, feel supported, and begin to reconnect with themselves. My work centres on building safety, trust, and genuine connection, allowing clients to explore their experiences at a pace that feels right for them.
I work with adults and young people navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, identity, and complex life experiences. Sessions are collaborative and attuned, creating space for reflection, skill-building, and deeper exploration—without pressure or expectation.
Identity & Values
I bring both professional training and lived experience into my work. As a queer South Asian who has grown up between Australia and New Zealand, I understands the layered and complex realities of navigating identity, culture, and belonging. I have extensively engaged in my own journey with somatic therapies to support my nervous system.
Background
I have previously worked in many fields such as disability, education, and community work prior to beginning her private practice. I predominantly worked as a behaviour support practitioner. This involved working with complex trauma, disability and systematic support. My past and current career has allowed me to develop strong therapeutic skills to work with a variety of complexity and trauma.
Services
Therapy & Counselling
A supportive space to process trauma, navigate emotions, and explore identity and life experiences.
Somatic & Body-Based Therapy
Gentle, body-focused approaches that support regulation, awareness, and reconnection with internal cues.
Breathwork & Mindfulness
Practices that support grounding, emotional regulation, and creating a sense of calm and stability within the body. Sessions for breathwork may be accessed on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Quality Provision
I have a strong focus on supporting individuals from POC and CALD communities, and those who may have felt unseen or misunderstood in traditional therapeutic spaces.
My services are tailored for each individual and I work with the individuals life and story to support healing. I understand that healing is not linear and can take time and patience.
