Philosophy & Vision
I am a compassionate client-focused Psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing evidence-based care across private practice, hospitals, community, and forensic settings. My approach is grounded in genuine respect and unconditional positive regard. I believe therapy works best as a collaborative partnership, and I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where we can navigate life's challenges, develop practical strategies, and create sustained emotional well-being.
My path to psychology was shaped by my earlier career in fast-paced emergency departments and business development across both Australia and Germany. Experiencing the intense pressures people face in healthcare and corporate environments inspired me to pursue work in psychology. Today, I combine that insight with training in modalities like CBT, ACT, DBT, and EMDR to deliver quality care that is practical, realistic, and tailored to you.
Background
Prior to commencing my career in Psychology, I have held various positions within both Australia and Germany. I have worked in fast paced emergency departments, supporting frontline doctors with clinical pathology analyses and played a vital role in the career progression and development of businesses.
I worked with paediatricians at the Sydney developmental clinic to deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical reports.
More recently, I have expanded my practice into the NDIS sector.
