Philosophy & Vision

You've done the work. You can name your patterns, explain where they came from, and describe exactly what they cost you. That understanding is real. It just hasn't changed how you feel, and that gap — between knowing and feeling — is where most talk therapy stops.
I'm a psychotherapist with a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling from Western Sydney University and membership with the Australian Counselling Association. I work with high-functioning women who are not new to therapy and are still stuck somewhere insight doesn't reach. Using gentle, body-based and traditional talk therapy strategies, I work at the level of the nervous system — not to add more understanding, but to shift the patterns that understanding alone hasn't moved.
This isn't spiritual or alternative. It's evidence-informed clinical work, and it's practical.

Background

I grew up in Western Sydney, the firstborn child of immigrant parents. From an early age, I was taught to work hard, aim high, make the most of every opportunity, and achieve — and I did. I earned a scholarship for my Bachelor of Finance and International Studies, and later graduated with distinction from my Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling.

But it wasn’t until the fifth year of my business degree — sitting behind a desk, dreaming of something more and silently questioning everything I’d worked for — that I realised the life I was chasing didn’t feel like mine. I didn’t want to spend 80 hours a week chasing promotions I didn’t believe in and someone else’s definition of success. I wanted to feel alive.

    Therapy Approach

I work with high-functioning women who have done significant work on themselves already, often through traditional talk therapy, and who are still stuck somewhere talk doesn't reach. I use gentle, body-based and traditional talk therapy strategies to help change how people feel about themselves, their nervous system, and their relationships. The work isn't about more insight. It's about reaching the part of the nervous system that holds old patterns in place long after the thinking mind has understood them.
