Philosophy & Vision

Hi, I’m Audrey, the counsellor behind Enrei Counselling. I support individuals and couples across Australia with a trauma-informed lens and culturally sensitive therapy. My approach is collaborative and person-centred, meaning we work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We can explore the challenges you are facing, build on your existing strengths, develop new strategies and resources, and work toward the changes most meaningful to you. I offer individual and couples therapy, with in-person and online sessions available Australia-wide.

Background

Before starting Enrei Counselling, I worked in various community and clinical roles, including positions at Relationship Australia, Toora Women Inc., Lifeline Australia, and during a hospital placement. In these roles, I supported clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, grief, family violence, and complex mental health challenges, employing trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches.

Since launching my private practice, I have combined evidence-based therapies and tailor fit it to my clients' needs. My goal is to help clients build resilience, heal emotional wounds, and improve their relationships in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Services

  • Counselling, Couples Therapy, Phone Consultations, Online Video Consultations
  • I offer trauma-informed and culturally sensitive counselling for individuals dealing with anxiety, trauma, grief, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges. I use evidence-based approaches and tailor my methods to my clients' needs and therapy goals. My focus is on helping clients build emotional resilience, heal from past wounds, and develop effective coping skills.

I provide individual and couples therapy sessions in-person in Canberra and online across Australia. To help determine if we are a good fit, I offer a free 15-minute consultation.

    Quality Provision

At Enrei Counselling, I prioritise delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care in a safe, respectful, and compassionate space. I tailor evidence-based approaches to each client’s needs, ensuring effective and ethical support. Confidentiality, ongoing supervision, and professional development are key to maintaining my standards. I aim to provide consistent, client-centred therapy that promotes healing, resilience and positive change.
