As a counsellor, I consider it a privilege to walk beside you as you navigate life’s challenges and concerns. I appreciate the courage it may take to reach out, particularly if feeling vulnerable. It is important that you feel safe and heard within a non-judgmental space.
Services
Caroline tailors her work to each individual and uses various modalities to support her clients including CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy), ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), Strengths based, SFT (solution focused therapy). Anger Management, Anxiety, Career, Depression, General, Grief & Loss, Mental Health, NDIS, Parenting, Personal Issues.
Quality Provision
I am a registered counsellor with Australian Counselling Association (ACA) and a member of Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS). I abide by the ethical standards and codes of conduct of both professional bodies. I also regularly participate in professional development and clinical supervision. I hold a current blue card (Queensland working with children check).

Caroline is a warm and compassionate counsellor who helps individuals navigate life’s challenges by drawing on their inner strengths and lived experiences. She works from a person-centered and holistic approach rooted in the belief that each person in the expert in their own life.
When supporting growth and healing Caroline considers the whole person mind, body, emotions, and environment. Her sessions are grounded in empathy, respect, and collaboration, creating a safe, non-judgmental space.

Fees & Insurance
$110 per hour for individuals.
Currently accepting Medibank Private if you have counselling as extras. (not Medicare).
