Philosophy & Vision
As a Senior Social Worker and Psychotherapist, I offer a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed space where you can feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. With over 19 years of experience supporting individuals and couples, my work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe relationships, meaningful connection, and deeper self-understanding. Together, we can explore the experiences, patterns, and relationships that have shaped your life, creating space for healing, growth, and lasting change.
Alongside my professional experience, my personal journey through caregiving, grief, loss, and motherhood has deepened my understanding of the challenges people carry and the courage it takes to seek support.
Reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying things on your own for a long time. My hope is to offer a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
Background
I began in early intervention with Brighter Futures, supporting families, and later became a trauma counselor at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. Now, I combine my social work degree with a Master’s in Psychotherapy, integrating CBT and inner child work, focusing on adult survivors of trauma. Grounded in my human experiences, caring for siblings with disabilities, facing grief and loss, and navigating motherhood, I bring a compassionate, holistic approach. My hope is to support individuals untangle relational patterns and navigate life’s complexities with empathy, understanding and curiosity.
