Philosophy & Vision
I am passionate about helping clients understand themselves on a deeper level. Together we can look at how your problems have come about, examine your internal world, and provide you with the insight to take action to make meaningful positive changes. I draw on psychodynamic psychotherapy, EMDR, CBT, and ACT frameworks, and have worked across several settings with adults impacted by a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, complex trauma, PTSD, bereavement, and relationship difficulties.

I take appointments Wednesdays - Fridays. Please contact me to arrange a brief phone call to discuss what you are looking for and to make a first appointment.
Fees & Insurance
My fee is $260 per appointment. With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from a GP, you can claim Medicare rebates of $149.05 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Private health insurance rebates may also apply.
