Philosophy & Vision

I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist who helps clients recover from trauma, navigate difficult relationships, manage major life transitions and find clarity when life feels overwhelming.

I combine evidence-based therapies with warmth, discretion and thoughtful guidance. I support clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, complex family dynamics and the lasting effects of challenging life experiences. I specialise working with clients who need a high level of privacy and sensitivity, including those managing complex personal circumstances involving legal processes, public roles or difficult interpersonal situations.

I work as a clinical social worker and clinical lead across specialist organisations, supporting adolescents, young people and adults affected by family disruption, abuse, PTSD and complex trauma.
