Philosophy & Vision
Jodie Arnot Counselling provides warm, compassionate counselling for women who are tired of overthinking, over-giving, and feeling emotionally drained.
Sessions in Camberwell, Vic or via Zoom.
Many of the women I work with struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, low self-worth, relationship challenges or burnout. Together, we'll make sense of what's going on, explore what's keeping you stuck and help you to move towards a calmer, more confident way of living.
Jodie is an experienced, PACFA Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Masters degree in Counselling from Monash University. Over 8 years experience in private practice.

Therapy Approach
At the heart of my work is the belief that people grow and heal through feeling genuinely heard, understood and supported. I take a flexible, person-centred approach, adapting counselling to suit your unique experiences and what feels most helpful for you.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion practices and mindfulness-based strategies. These approaches can help you develop greater self-awareness, respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and emotions, and build lasting psychological wellbeing.
