Philosophy & Vision
We believe therapy is a collaborative process, grounded in respect, curiosity, and care. With over 25 years’ experience, we support individuals across the lifespan facing a wide range of emotional, relational, and psychological challenges. We tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches to foster insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
Background
Before starting private practice, I worked as a Directing Manager in residential and Therapeutic Community (TC) settings, supporting individuals with complex mental health and psychosocial needs. I later completed international internship and training programs in the treatment of mental health conditions across the USA, Belgium, and Spain before undertaking my PhD at the University of Adelaide. Throughout my professional journey, I have worked in a range of public mental health and counselling services, including Relationships Australia and SA Health, which provided extensive experience working with diverse presentations and client populations before establishing my private practice.
