Leura NSW, Bardwell Park NSW

I work from a foundation of compassion and a belief that at the core of therapy is a safe space in which to reflect, gain awareness, make different choices, and ultimately, heal and grow. I hold a space for the whole person, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, who they are and how they see the world.

My work is informed by my training in The Conversational Model - a Psychodynamic approach to Psychotherapy, as well as Person Centered approaches, and Systemic Couples and Family Therapy. I have an understanding of Trauma Theory, and the way that traumatic experiences can effect people's ongoing experiences and functioning in life.

I am a warm empathic therapist who will adjust therapy to meet your individual needs. I have been working with people who have been traumatised for the last 30 years and counselling people for the last 20 years. During this time I have worked with people to help them manage the effects of trauma on their body, heart, mind and relationships.
