You are invited to a safe space within which trust and mutual respect and understanding may develop. Going at your own pace, I will encourage you to welcome and become curious about even the most troubling thoughts and emotions, as these often provide keys to resolving inner and outer conflicts.

I work from a foundation of compassion and a belief that at the core of therapy is a safe space in which to reflect, gain awareness, make different choices, and ultimately, heal and grow. I hold a space for the whole person, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually, who they are and how they see the world.
