Hello, I offer Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic therapy for individuals and couples in person and/or online. I also offer self development programs for women.

I encourage the exploration and expression of both one's thoughts and layers of feelings as I believe it is when we access both the wisdom of our heart and mind in tandem that we find healing and unfold ways to move forward. I work with couples and individuals (adolescents and adults).

As a therapist with varied professional and personal experience, I understand that we all have different needs, experiences, challenges and wounds. I strive to be fully present to you and to what you need to discuss and share. I offer to support you on your way to change - whatever that may be. The choice is yours.

Life is a constant work in progress - and sometimes we just need a little outside help. This may be to manage transitions, get things back on track after disruptions to life or find your way back out of a meaningless, anxious or conflicted situation. Similarly, you might feel like your life has never been 'normal' and are seeking a new direction.
