As a qualified somatic psychotherapist & counsellor, I support people experiencing anxiety, burn out, low self worth, body disconnection and relationship challenges. I help you develop a safe, loving relationship with your body & mind so that you can transform your relationship to yourself, others and embrace the wholeness of this human experience.

I was self-employed in an arts-based career before deciding to change direction at the age of 50.
