My approach is strength-based, drawing from Attachment Theory and models such as the Circle of Security, to address social, emotional, and behavioural issues. In sessions, clients may work on emotional regulation strategies, decrease anxiety, develop social skills, improving impulse control and increasing self-esteem.

I started my path training as a counsellor in 2000 and have interwoven this with various studies of Mindfulness, Meditation and Qigong which have both benefited myself and my clients. I love to travel and explore both the internal and external world and facilitate Women's Wellness Retreats worldwide.

Helping people to move out of isolation and into a life-changing relationship is at the heart of the work I offer, whether moving, talking or creating. What fascinates me is the innate potential for growth and healing that lies within every human being - those with the courage to take that first step. It's an honour to be part of the process.
