My intention is to help provide a relaxed, personal, and held space for you to feel supported and able to explore 'what is happening'. I believe in the wisdom of our own knowledge, and experiences such as - symptoms, dreams and relationship issues. I deeply enjoy talking, sitting, playing and spending time with children and adults of all ages.
