I approach my work as a body-oriented psychotherapist and counsellor from a holistic position that views people as emotional, physical, energetic, and spiritual beings. I assist clients in facing difficult issues and in transforming traumatic experiences to find a new understanding of themselves and more aliveness and self-acceptance.

I am a body-oriented (somatic) psychotherapist using a psychoanalytic approach and DBT interventions to assist my clients in enhancing their sense of self, recovering from trauma, and understanding of physical conditions.
