I'm a registered counsellor working with adults and couples, with a focus on relationships - whether that's with a partner, family, or importantly, the relationship you have with yourself. Much of what brings people in are parts of us just trying to help - like the parts that desperately want to please, or avoid conflict - even when they're not.

As a holistic, strengths-based therapist, my intention is to provide an empathic, non-judgemental space for clients to express and explore who they are at the deepest levels. My style is gentle, grounded and curious. I have a background supporting clients in crisis, including relationship challenges and major life transitions.
