I offer trauma informed, psychodynamic counselling for adolescents and adults, with particular depth in substance use and grief and loss. I provide a calm, non judgmental space to explore emotional challenges and support meaningful, lasting change.

Change is painful, but nothing is as painful as staying stuck somewhere you don't belong. I provide a welcoming and safe environment for individuals seeking to heal from the negative effects of childhood and adult traumas, and to move into lasting personal recovery.
