My work is grounded in Jungian depth psychology, which approaches the psyche as a living, expressive, and meaning-making system. I listen closely to the symbolic life of the unconscious — the dreams, images, patterns, and emotional currents that move beneath the surface of awareness.

I see psychotherapy as a collaborative journey of self discovery that can lead to a more engaged and meaningful life. As we are all unique beings, each of us will do this differently. My privilege as a therapist is to offer you support on this important and unique journey, in a caring and non judgemental environment.

I practice ISTDP for which I have received intensive training, including in Canada, UK, Norway, Sweden and NZ. I have trained in body-oriented psychotherapy, as well as family and narrative therapy. I also have professional training in philosophy and theology which broaden my vision of therapy.
