I encourage the exploration and expression of both one's thoughts and layers of feelings as I believe it is when we access both the wisdom of our heart and mind in tandem that we find healing and unfold ways to move forward. I work with couples and individuals (adolescents and adults).

I offer individual counselling, supervision and couples counselling. I draw on two main methodologies which inform my practice. The first is transactional analysis, which provides a positive view of human nature and people's capacity to change. The second is Imago, a unique method of working with couples, devised by Harville Hendrix.
