I understand therapy as a space where one can make depthful contact with experience in ways that support the development of understanding and healing. Each person brings a unique and complex world of experience, and each therapy is its own journey of sorts. My commitment is to offer a confidential, open, caring and respectful space.

I have over 25 years’ experience supporting people to better understand themselves, build healthier relationships and find thoughtful ways of living with life’s inevitable complexity, uncertainty and pain. We can focus on a specific difficulty or diagnosis or work together to gain deeper understanding and longer-term change.
