I am an eclectic counsellor using mindful awareness techniques based in modalities such as EFT, CBT, Gestalt, ACT, DBT to name a few, focusing mainly on somatic work. I work with individuals, couples, and groups. With a solid background in Buddhist Counselling and Vipassana practice, my work setting is grounded in kindness and compassion.
