Philosophy & Vision
If you’ve just received a late diagnosis of ADHD, autism, or both, you might be wondering: what now? Maybe it explains a lifetime of masking and holding it all together. Maybe it also explains why you’re so exhausted, and why the old strategies have stopped working. You’ve built so much without knowing what you were up against.
That’s where we start. As a Clinical Psychologist, Coach & fellow late-diagnosed AuDHDer, I get it from the inside. Together we’ll make sense of what’s really been going on, then work out real next steps that fit how you’re wired. I work with neurodivergent women and genderqueer adults through burnout, anxiety, trauma, relationships, and the grief and relief of a new diagnosis, in a neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming way.
Background
Before psychology, I worked as a personal trainer and yoga teacher, so I’ve spent over 15 years helping people feel more at home in their bodies and lives. I’ve practised as a Clinical Psychologist since 2020, first running my own practice in Sydney.
In 2026 I came home to Melbourne after my own burnout, and I’ve had to learn how to recover and rebuild a life that’s actually sustainable. So when I talk about unmasking, recovering and rebuilding, I’m speaking from experience. Along the way I became an IECL-accredited executive coach and trained in EMDR, IFS and ACT. I’m also a very proud jiu jitsu white belt.
Services
I offer individual therapy and coaching by video telehealth, Australia-wide, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Therapy draws on IFS and ACT, adapted to how your brain works. I also offer EMDR as focused intensives for processing painful experiences. Coaching is a separate service, for when you want work and life to run the way your brain does.
My fee is $330 per session. With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, the Medicare rebate is $149.05, making your out-of-pocket $180.95. Coaching isn’t covered by Medicare.
You don’t need a formal diagnosis to work with me, and self-identifying adults are welcome. I offer a free 15-minute call so we can see if we’re a good fit.
Quality Provision
I’m an AHPRA-registered Clinical Psychologist with a Master of Clinical Psychology, practising since 2020, and an IECL-accredited executive coach. My work is trauma-informed, neuroaffirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming, grounded in evidence-based approaches (IFS, ACT and EMDR) adapted to each person’s neurotype. I engage in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.

Therapy Approach
Therapy with me is neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ affirming, so you don’t have to explain or defend how you’re wired. We start by understanding how your brain and nervous system actually work, then adapt the therapy to fit you.
My ongoing work draws on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). IFS gets curious about the parts of you that mask or protect; ACT helps you live by what matters to you; DBT builds skills for riding out overwhelm. I also offer EMDR intensives.
Before psychology I was a personal trainer and yoga teacher, so the work is body-aware, not just talk. I’m warm and friendly, but I’ll hold the line and name the blind spots you can’t see yet.
