Sometimes, thinking things through on our own stops being enough. A supportive, structured space to explore can help you regain clarity and develop a sense of direction grounded in your unique and personal circumstances. I am a registered counsellor and logotherapist working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain.

Melbourne VIC, Canberra ACT, Sydney NSW

I work in this field because I want to help people make meaningful, lasting change. I offer an opportunity to build the kind of deep trust, honesty and mutual regard that can serve as a foundation for changing a life.
