Many problems can't be solved by talking alone. I help people change long-standing emotional patterns through a gentle, body-based approach that combines counselling, embodied mindfulness and somatic psychotherapy. By working with both mind and body, therapy can create lasting change, greater emotional freedom and healthier relationships.

If you're seeking more than symptom management, depth-oriented psychotherapy can help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that shape your life. I work with anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, sleep problems, and recurring emotional or relationship patterns, helping people create meaningful and lasting change.
