Attending therapy both helps us face the struggles at hand, while also training our awareness. We learn how to relate to our inner world in a kind and compassionate way so that we are no longer working against ourself but rather finding ways to harmonize all the various aspects of who we are & meet the places inside that are calling for connection.

No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.
