My focus is on relationship/couples therapy, I also offer general counselling support for all mental health difficulties. I use Emotional Focussed Therapy, Attachment theory, Gottman Institute. CBT, ACT, IFS, Solution Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness, Traumed informed work EMDR, grief & loss.

No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.

Rebecca is a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed counsellor with a passion for helping clients find more self-compassion and deeper self-understanding to live a more balanced, contented and rewarding life whether you are experiencing overwhelm, a harsh inner critic, a lack of fulfilment, crippling perfectionism or negative core beliefs.
