No single approach fits everyone; this is why I draw on a variety of theories and tools to support your individual needs. I work in a holistic and non-pathologising way. My therapeutic practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Self Psychology.

I offer trauma-informed, culturally sensitive therapy for individuals and couples facing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I blend different evidence-based therapies to facilitate emotional healing and resilience.
