My focus is on relationship/couples therapy, I also offer general counselling support for all mental health difficulties. I use Emotional Focussed Therapy, Attachment theory, Gottman Institute. CBT, ACT, IFS, Solution Focussed Therapy, Mindfulness, Traumed informed work EMDR, grief & loss.

Attending therapy both helps us face the struggles at hand, while also training our awareness. We learn how to relate to our inner world in a kind and compassionate way so that we are no longer working against ourself but rather finding ways to harmonize all the various aspects of who we are & meet the places inside that are calling for connection.

I work well with clients who are acutely aware of the world around them, but who struggle to know and stay centred and grounded in what is meaningful to them. I welcome LGBTIQA+ and First Nations clients, sex workers, and clients from racialised communities
